Protein powder is one of the most commonly used supplements by bodybuilders, athletes, and sportspeople. Nutritionists also use it extensively for people who don't meet their daily protein needs, whether due to a low meat consumption, vegetarians, and/or vegans, or those who, due to time or availability issues, either don't eat any protein sources for lunch or consume only minimal amounts. Protein is essential for building muscle and/or increasing muscle mass, so consuming a protein powder supplement is a good alternative, as it's easy to transport and take to the gym and work. Adding a protein shake to your snack, for example, is not only a practical alternative but also one of the easiest ways to increase the protein requirements of your diet.
